Nuggets 110, Celtics 111 - Jaylen Brown clutch 3-poiniter buries Denver

Jaylen Brown knew what to do against the Nuggets.

He stood in his spot in the corner — wide open — as the Celtics frittered two late-game possessions with 24 second violations.

No worries. With the game tied 108-108 and the clock ticking down under 40 seconds, Jaylen Brown went to his spot again.

This time, Al Horford found him, and got Brown the ball with 36.1 seconds remaining.

About 2.8 seconds later, after visiting the rim and the backboard for a second or more, the ball found the bottom of the net. Brown’s Leprechaun-assisted 3-pointer gave the Celtics a 111-108 lead, and the Celtics hung on to top the Nuggets in Denver.
